摘要
本文讨论了膜法生产医药用纯水工艺中的水质评价,主要研究对象是终端产品水及工艺过程中的水样。紫外吸收光谱及荧光光谱分析表明,膜净化系统可以除去水源中的微量有机物质,产品水水质与蒸馏水相似。为了防止系统给产品水带来污染,反渗透及超滤组件中所使用的原材料应该通过试验加以选择。
In this paper,the water assays during water treatment by membranefor pharmaceutical purposes were discussed.The samples were taken fromthe end product water and water in the process.The ultraviolet absorptionand fluorescent spectra show that organics present in the water sourceare removed by the membrane in the purification process and the purityof the end product water is similar to that of distilled water.In order toavoid contamination from the system,it is suggested that materials usedin RO and UF membrane modules should be selected.
