摘要
本文阐述了外压套管式超滤器应用于酶的浓缩与提纯过程中,一些可能导致酶失活的因素及建议采取的相应措施。
The factors resulting in the inactivation of enzyme during its conce-ntration and purification of in an outer-pressure tubular ultrafilter arediscussed and the protective measures are proposed in this paper.
