摘要
用高取代度氰乙基纤维素和二醋酸纤维素共混,试制成性能良好的共混超滤膜。本文探讨了膜液组成以及制膜条件对膜性能的影响,考察了膜的化学稳定性、耐微生物分解性以及其他的一些性能。结果表明,该共混超滤膜除有优良的抗微生物分解性能外,还比其单组分材料膜有较高的透水性能,在196 kPa 压力下,牛血清蛋白截留率为98%时,膜的纯水通量50 ml/(cm^2·h)以上。
The blended ultrafiltration membrane made of HCEC and CA has goodperformance.The influences of casting solution compostion and castingmembrane condition on membrane performance were mainly discussed inthis paper.The chemical stability,microbial decomposition resistanceand some other propertes of the membrane were also studied.The resultsshow the blend membrane made of HCEC and CA has good microbialdecomposition resistance and higher flux than the membrane solely madeof HCEC or CA.As the retention ratio of bovine serum albumin (BSA)was 98%,and at operation pressure of 196kPa,the blended membranehadits flux for pure.water more than 50 ml/cm^2h.
