摘要
采用筛绢过滤法和拖网法,对重庆卫星湖的轮虫种群进行了初步调查,共检出轮虫9种,平均生物量为290个/L,优势种为红眼旋轮虫(Philodinaroseola)和萼花臂尾轮虫(Buachionuscalyciflorus)。轮虫多样性指数与轮虫的生物量和优势种的优势度呈明显的负相关性。
In May of 2002, by means of Net-filter, the Rotifera in the Star Lake of Chongqing was Preliminary investigated. It is found that there are 9 species of Rotifera in the lake.The average number of which is 290 per L. Dominants are Philodina roseola and Buachionus calyciflorus. The index diversities of the Rotifera presents a negative linear relationship with the number of the Rotifera and aboundance of the predominant species.
