摘要
本文以纤维素的化学结构和聚集态结构为依据,分析了醋酸纤维素制备工艺的特殊性与酯化机结构等因素对产品性能的影响,认为由于CA 中乙酰基和羟基在纤维素大分子及其基环中分布的均一性不同,即使平均聚合度和酯化度相同的醋酸纤维素,其所制RO 膜的性能就会有很大差异的可能。
Based on the chemical and agglumerative structure of cellulose,thepaper analyzed the effect of the particularity of CA preparation processand the esterification reaction and other factors on the properties of theproduct.It's considered that because of nonuniform distribution of acetyland hydroxyl groups in macromolecules and in their basic rings of cellul-ose,the RO membranes made of these CA would make much difference intheir properties,even if they might have same average degree of polyme-rization and esterification.
