厌氧发酵处理味精废水中氯离子的影响 被引量:15

EFFECTS OF ENGINEERING CONTROLS ON CHLORIDE TOXICITY RESPONSE IN ANAEROBIC TREATMENT OF MSG WASTEWATER

摘要 在3L 的CSTR 型厌氧反应器中研究了味精废水厌氧处理中氯离子毒性的反应。试验证明,已中毒的厌氧过程只要Cl^-浓度降至抑制限以下,厌氧过程就可在15~20d 内恢复,在恢复期间加入新污泥有利于恢复过程。保持足够大的SRT 和污泥浓度对于处理含有毒物的废水很有效。对本研究,SRT 得大于20d,污泥浓度在15~24g/L 左右就可达到较好的处理效率。Cl^-的抑制浓度对污泥浓度分别为24.28g/L,15.18g/L 和6.07g/L 时,Cl^-的抑制浓度分别是7750mg/L,7250mg/L和6300mg/L。此外,本文提出以I=S_(Cl)/X_v^n作为判断Cl^-抑制的指标。当COD 去除率大于80%时,n=0.1519。因此,要使过程的COD 去除率分别大于80%,85%和90%时,I 就得分别小于4.7,4.1和3.6。并且污泥浓度必须大于6.07g/L。 This paper has studied effects of engineering controls on chloride tox(?)icity response of anaerobic treatment of MSG wastewater in a 3 L CSTRanaerobic reactor with semi-continuous feeding and wasting.The resultsshow that the chloride toxicity to the anaerobic process at a specified con-centration range is reversible,which means that the anaerobic process can recover when the chloride concentration is decreased blow the inhibitionthreshold,and the quickest recovery time is 15—20 days.Both the recoveryrate and the recovery efficiencies it reaches are better by adding additionalseed sludge during the recovery period than those by adding no additionalsludge.It is proved to be quite efficient to keep relatively large SRT andsludge concentration in the treatment of wastewaters with toxic substances.In this study,more than 20 days of SRT and 15—24 g/L of sludge concen-tration are necessary to achieve good performance.The chloride thresholddose is 7750 mg/l corresponding to the sludge concentration of 24.28 g/l.Itwill be 7250 mg/l when the sludge concentration is 15.18g/l,and 6300 mgchloride/l for the sludge concentration of 6.07 g/l.Besides,the paperdefines the following repression:I=S_(Cl)-/X_V~* as a judging standard of chl-oride toxicity to the anaerobic process instead of merely using the chloridethreshold,which is proved to be more significant.When the COD removalefficiency is not lower than 80%,n equals 0.1519 based on the test.Hence,if the value of I is lower than 4.7,the COD removal of the anaerobicprocess is expected to be higher than 80%,and the I less than 4.1 corresp-onding to the COD removal rate above 85%.If the I is less than 3.6 andthe sludge concentration larger than 6.07 g/l at the same time,the CODremoval rate will be higher than 90%.
