摘要
用摆线对渐开线齿轮齿形进行修形。分析比较修形后的齿轮齿形及渐开线齿轮齿形的啮合特性,结果表明,在齿面接触应力、齿根弯曲应力和耐磨性等诸多方面修形齿形都要明显地优于渐开线齿形。
Cycloid was used to modify the involute tooth profile. By analyzing the engage character of the modified tooth profile and then comparing it with the involute tooth profile,we concluded that the performance of the modified tooth profile is obviously better than that of the latter,in such aspects as contact stress of tooth surface,bending stress of tooth bottom and wear resistance.
