摘要
采用高炉渣标准样品为基体 ,加入不同量的纯TiO2 试剂 ,制备合成样品。以硼酸、碳酸锂为熔剂 ,大比例稀释样品 ,熔融制成一系列标准玻璃样片 ,用X射线荧光光谱法测定样片中TiO2 。研究了标样的合成、熔剂的选择、试样的制备和测量条件。用本法测定了渣样中质量分数为 0 3 %~ 5 %二氧化钛 ,与化学分析方法相比 ,省时 ,省力 ,分析成本低 ,无环境污染 。
The synthetic standard samples were made by adding different quantity of pure TiO 2 to the certified reference materials as matrix,and were diluted large-scalely and fused with a mixed fluxing agents of boric acid and lithium carbonate The fused glass beads obtained were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry Synthesis of standard sample,selection of fluxing agent,preparation of sample and measurement condition were studied This method could be used to determine 0 3%-5% TiO 2 in blast furnace slag samples In comparison with chemical method,the method was rapid,time saving,labour saving,less cost and without environmental pollution
