摘要
石油企业物流成本管理应结合其供应物流特点,在执行"归口管理、集中采购、统一储备、统一结算"的方针下,以精简、高效、经济为原则,把市场竞争机制引入物资采购过程中,用现代化的先进手段和方法来实施物流成本管理,最大限度地实现物流成本的降低,搞好物流成本管理。
The interflow of commodities cost management of petroleum enterprise should combine its characteristic of supplying the interflow of commodities, under the conducted policy of 'the management under thecharge,concentration purchasing,unified storage and unified settlement',taking retrench,efficiency and thrifty as principle,lead market competitive mechanism into the materials purchasing courses,implement the interflow of commodities cost management with modern advanced means and methods,realize the interflow ofcommodities cost reduction at maximum degree,so as to better the interflow of commodities cost management.
