Relation of survivin with digastive tract tumor
摘要
survivin是凋亡抑制蛋白 (IAP)家族的一个新成员 ,具有抑制细胞凋亡的作用。研究表明 ,sur vivin在消化系统肿瘤的广泛特异性表达与肿瘤进程和预后明显相关 ,并可能是导致肿瘤细胞耐药性的因素。同时 ,survivin为肿瘤的早期诊断和基因治疗、免疫治疗提供了新的广阔前景。
