摘要
目的:评价磷酸钙骨水泥(calciumphosphatecement,CPC)对椎弓根螺钉固定的强化作用。方法:在两组男性尸体椎骨的一侧直接置入椎弓根螺钉作为对照(对照侧),另一侧填入CPC后再置入螺钉作强化固定(强化侧),15min和12h后测定椎弓根螺钉的最大轴向拔出力(Fmax),然后用CPC重新固定12h后拔松的椎弓根螺钉并测得其Fmax。结果:强化侧Fmax和对照侧比较,15min后提高了55%,12h后提高了83%;重新固定后,两侧Fmax较固定前分别提高了54.2%和63.6%,差别有显著性意义(Wilcoxon's检验,P<0.01)。结论:磷酸钙骨水泥能强化椎弓根螺钉的固定。
Objective:To determine if calcium phosphate cement can enhance vertebral pedicle screw fixation in the osteoporotic spine.Method:Two groups of male corpora vertebra,one side(control side) was instrumented with vertebral pedicle screw directly,and the contralateral side(augmentation side) was screwed and augmented by calcium phosphate cement.The greatest axial pullout strength was measured after 15 minutes (one group) and 12 hours (the other group).After the initial testing,the screw tracks were filled with calcium phosphate cement and the screws were reinserted again.12 hours later the pullout strength were measured.Result:The greatest axial pullout strength of augmentation side was greater than the control side after 15 minutes and 12 hours,and the loose screw′s axial pullout strength increased again with calcium phosphate cement augmentation.Conclusion:The study demonstrated that calcium phosphate cement can enhance screw fixation in the osteoporotic spine.
