摘要
介绍了电信企业综合业务管理的功能,开发了实现县级电信从话费收费、话单查询、欠费催缴到业务管理等功能的管理信息系统,且采用分布式结构设计,实现了从县支局到远程多网点收费的综合管理。
This paper introduces the functions of telecommunication enterprise business management,which can implement phone-fee charging,phone-list inquiring,phone-fee pushing and business management.The system uses distributed structure,and can complete management from branch to remote multi-point charging.
