摘要
以千岛湖中生长的性成熟鳜鱼Siniperca chuatsi(Basil.)进行人工催产,所获受精卵放入孵化缸中孵化,连续观察胚胎、及胚后(仔稚鱼)发育变化,直至16日龄止。在形态观察的同时,注意其营养方式的转化和食料的选择。在水温26℃(±2)条件下,仔鱼在4~6日龄卵黄囊消失,开始吞食其他活鱼苗,如缺乏适口的饵料鱼,鳜苗会相互吞食,这是鳜鱼人工繁殖过程中出苗率不高的主要原因。寻找鳜苗的开口饵料鱼是一个新的课题。
The sexual mature mandaerinfish,Siniperca chuatsi living in Thousand—Island lake were induced to spawn,and the obtained fertile eggs were put into hatching container. The embryonic development and the development after embryonic stage (larva and juvenile) were observed continually until the 16th day stage. At the same time attention were payed to the trasform of method of nutrition and the selection of food species. Under the condition about 26℃ water temperature and at the 4~6th day stage, the yolksac of larva disappear. At that time they need to swallow fry of other species. If there are no suit food fishfry to eat ,the mandarin fish fry can swallow each other. It is why the hatching rate of mandaerinfish is not high in the process of artificial propagation. It is a new question to find the initial feeds for mandarinfish fry.
