摘要
除了对MPEG4中具有MPEG1和MPEG2标准的基于"帧"的功能描述以外,还对数据采用基于内容的操作、存取、传输及MPEG4中的音频技术进行了较为全面系统的剖析。阐述了MPEG4视频编码算法中基于内容的功能及其算法结构,在对音频技术作了较详细介绍的前提下,作了一些性能和应用上的分析。
Besides those functions based on frames in MPEG1 and MPEG2, MPEG4 features content-based operation, access and transmission for data, and audio frequency technology. The content-based function and algorithm structure in MPEG4 video coding are described, and the application of audio frequency technology analyzed.
