摘要
介绍了利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)来实现外差干涉仪动态数据采集的信号处理方案。在这套方案中,在锁存位置计数信息的同时,还可以启动两路模拟信号的A/D转换,并将结果写入缓存,实现了动态数据的采集。
The signal processing methods of heterodyne interferometer dynamic data collection using FPGA are discussed. In this design,two channel analog to digital signal conversion is started at the same time of latching the position counter result, and the result is write to cache. The dynamic data collection is achieved by this means.
