摘要
高校人事管理是高校内部管理体制的核心,在建立现代学校管理体制的过程中,研究和探讨高校人事管理工作及其存在的现实问题,帮助确立适应现代学校管理体制要求的人事管理工作的新的指导思想、目标要求、原则要义、基本内涵等等,无疑具有十分重要的意义。同时,对现实存在的问题的研究并提出建设性的建议与对策,也将拓展我们的工作思路。
Personnel management is the core of the internal management system in colleges and universities. In the course
of building the modem system of school management, it is significant to study and explore personnel management as well as
realistic problems concerned. It also helps to establish a new guiding ideology, basic content, essential points, aims and principles. At the same time, the author proposes some constructive suggestions and solutions.
