摘要
目的探讨小腿后侧皮瓣修复手掌软组织缺损的临床效果。方法1998年～2002年应用小腿后侧皮瓣修复手掌软组织缺损9例,皮瓣修复创面6cm×8cm～14cm×12cm。结果术后随访1～4年,9例皮瓣全部成活,外观满意,感觉及功能恢复好。结论小腿后侧皮瓣具有供区隐蔽、血供丰富、感觉恢复好、无需再次整形等优点,是修复手掌软组织缺损的较理想皮瓣。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of repair defect palm with posterior shank flap.Methods From January1998to May2002,we played posterior shank flap to repair9cases with skin and soft tissue defect in palm.The size of flaps ranged from6cm×8cm～14cm×12cm.Results All the cases were followed up from1year to4years,and the flaps completely survived.The appearance,function and sensation was satisfactory.Conclusion The posterior shank flap has privy location,abundant blood,sensitive sensation,and avoid the second operation,so it is an ideal flap for repair defect in palm.
