摘要
目的探讨如何提高特殊复杂性断指再植的成活率及功能的恢复。方法除常规采取逆行再植程序外,大部分病例是通过血管、神经、肌腱、皮瓣的转位或移植以及桥接等修复方式完成再植。结果本组30例40指经过6个月～6年半的随访,再植指有良好的外形及功能,按中华医学会手外科学会断指再植功能评定试用标准综合评定:优13指,占32.5%;良14指,占35%;可8指,占20%;差5指,占12.5%,总优良率达67.5%。结论特殊复杂性断指再植虽然处理上较困难,成活率较低,但经较细致的手术治疗,多数断指仍能恢复良好的外形及功能。
Objective To study how to raise successful rate of replantation of special complex severed fingers and how to improve post-operative function.Methods The replantation were done by routine method and most of cases replanted by blood-vessel,nerve,tendon or demal-flap.Results Forty fingers in30cases were followed up form6months to6.5years,the shape and function of replanted fingers were good.Conclusion Though the replantation of complex severed fingers were difficult and with low successful rate,but good shape and function can be obtained by cautious operative treatment.
