摘要
文献[4 ] 等研究表明在活性气氛下裂解聚碳硅烷制备陶瓷 ,可以明显降低陶瓷中碳的含量 ,利用这一研究结果 ,结合物质扩散机制 ,提出了聚碳硅烷活性气氛下 (NH3)制备梯度陶瓷的设想。模拟计算的结果表明 ,该方法的是可行的 ,工艺上可控的 ;通过工艺控制 。
References 4,etc studies have been noted to the formation of silicon nitride and the removal of carbon when polycarbosilane was pyrolyzed in an ammonia atmosphere.Based diffusion law,this paper presents a general process for functional graded ceramics from preceramic polymers in ammonia.The results of numerical simulations shows that the process is feasible.It demonstrates that the ceramics have the following properties:with increasing thickness,conductivity of the ceramics increases gradually or increases steppedly.
