C/C复合材料TCVI工艺温度控制系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文简要介绍了C C复合材料TVCI工艺 (热梯度化学气相渗透 )原理 ,分析了其温度控制特点。针对该工艺高精度温度与温度梯度难以控制的不足 ,引入模糊控制理论 ,建立了基于自寻优的TCVI工艺温度模糊控制系统。仿真结果表明 ,该控制系统稳态精度高 ,规则易于调整 。 In this paper,the principle of TCVI of C/C composite materials is introduced, and the characteristics of TCVI temperature-control are analyzed. According to the deficiency that temperature and temperature-gradient are difficult to control, the theory of fuzzy-control is introduced and a fuzzy-control method of self-optimizing is put forward.Based on this method,the temperature-control system of TCVI is established.The result of simulation shows this control system is of high stable precision, of easily-adjusting control-rules and of high value of application.
