摘要
文章基于循环经济发展模式,对企业绿色化管理的概念模型进行研究,分析了企业绿色化管理的集成特性和管理体系结构,提出了企业绿色化发展模式下实现企业可持续发展的战略范式,指出在当前形式下企业实现绿色化管理转型要从以下四个方面着手:转变企业经营理念、推行绿色制造技术、革新环境管理体系和实施清洁生产等。
Based on recycling economic development pattern, this paper studies th e conception model of enterprise green management, analyses its integration char acteristic and management systematic structure. We also propose the strategic mo de to realize enterprise sustainable development under this circumstance. In ord er to realize the enterprise green management transformation, we must begin with the following four aspects---changing our operational idea, pushing green manuf acturing technology, innovating environmental management system and implementing cleaning production.
