摘要
本文首先对精密转子的回转误差进行了数学描述 ,并首次提出利用FFT复数表达式的相位谱来解析转子回转误差中“偏心运动”的主要成因 ,文章还提出了相应的转子回转精度的“两端双向测量法”。
Analyzes the rotating errors of precise rotor by mathematics method,and suggested a new measurement of using plural function FFT and its degree chart to explain the main cause which produce dynamic eccentricity movement. Also suggested a method of“two end and four directions measurement”.
