摘要
根据回归分析理论提出了一种根据凸轮实际轮廓实测坐标值 ,采用MATLAB的数据所拟合函数进行多项式回归 ,来拟合实际凸轮轮廓曲线回归方程的新方法 ,以便在数控机床上加工凸轮轮廓 ,从而提高了凸轮加工精度和生产效率 ,为凸轮轨迹保真提供了有效的方法。
A new method of getting a disk-cam’s figure equation is given out,through fitting function of MATLAB6.1 and the coordinates of the points on the disk-cam.Using this equation,the cams can be manufactured on the numerical control machine and the precision and the efficiency of the cam’s production can be improved.It produces a effective method for the trace-guaranteeing of disk cam NC machining.
