摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立 ,为了更有效更充分地发挥民办高教对整个高等教育及整个国家社会经济发展的巨大促进作用 ,必须构建与市场经济相适应的民办高等教育乃至整个高等教育的运行机制。合理的民办高等教育运行机制应该是正确地处理民办高等学校、劳动力市场、居民个人和家庭、政府、社会中介机构等主体之间的相互作用和关系。
With socialist market economy system established step by step and market economy rapidly progressing, private higher learning or the whole higher learning circulating mechanism coincident with market economy must be built up in order to bring its great use to the whole higher learning and the whole country into full play. Rational circulating mechanism of private higher learning should be correctly dealing with interaction and relation among private institutions of higher learning, work force market, resident individual and family, government and social intermediary agency.
