摘要
目的评价抗青光眼滤过性手术联合羊膜植入治疗虹膜角膜内皮综合征(Iridocorneal endothelial syndrome,ICE综合征)继发青光眼的疗效。方法对已确定为ICE综合征,用局部降眼压药眼压控制不良的9例继发性青光眼病人实施小梁切除术,术中联合羊膜植入,并对其术后情况追踪观察。结果经8～26个月的随访观察,6例6眼(66.67%)眼压控制在21mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)以下,其中1例须使用局部降眼压药。结论小梁切除联合羊膜植入能一定程度地提高ICE综合征继发青光眼的手术成功率。
Purpose To evaluate the effect of trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment for iridocorneal endothelial( ICE)syndrome.Methods Nine patients (9 eyes)confirmed as ICE syndrome with uncontrolled intraocular pressure (IOP) underwen trabeculectromy and received amniotic memgbrane transplantation in the operation. Clinical data of these cases were analyzed. Results After, 8- 26 mouths of follow- up, the intraocular pressure of six eyes (6/9,66.67%) were less than or equal to 21 mmHg( 1 mmHg = 0.133kPa). Five of the six successful eyes were controlled without anti-glaucoma drugs, but the other one eye with one or two kinds of anti-glaucoma drops. Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with amniotic membrane transplantation could improve the success rate of surgery in secondary glaucoma with ICE syndrome to some extent.
