摘要
在TS - 1分子筛催化环己酮氨肟化制备环己酮肟工艺试验中研究了催化剂流失的原因和抑制催化剂流失的方法。结果表明 ,催化剂流失是由催化剂的骨架硅溶解引起的 ,硅的流失量为 5 0~ 6 0 μg/g ;通过向反应体系中连续添加助剂能有效抑制骨架硅的溶解流失 ,提高催化剂寿命 。
In this article the cause of catalyst loss and the prohibiting methods are reviewed in the process for preparing cyclohexanone oxime through cyclohexanone-ammonium oximation with Ti-Si molecular sieve. The result shows that dissolution of backbone silicon is the main reason of catalyst loss, and adding auxiliary into the reaction system continuously could effectively prevent silicon from dissolution and prolong the lifetime of catalyst, while no negative affect will happen to the process.
