摘要
利用界面聚合的方法 ,在水包油体系中以聚氨酯为皮材将香料包覆于其中制得芳香微胶囊 ,讨论微胶囊的性能及其影响因素 。
With Polyurethane(PU) as the outer membrane,fragrant microcapsules(MC) are prepared by interfacial polycondensation in O/W(oil/water) system.The dispersibility and structure of MC are observed by microphotography.In this paper the properties of MC and factors affecting them are discussed and the process of aromatic finishing is dealt with
