摘要
目前许多学者对集成创新的理解和讨论都过多地集中在"集成"上,即技术知识的供给方面,而忽略了技术知识的需求方面。通过对产生集成创新概念的理论背景和一个中国企业集成创新实践的分析,本文说明,集成创新的关键并非是各种供给要素的集成或融合,而是以把握需求环节为起点,通过开放的产品建构和企业互动模式来集成各种各样的技术资源,以获得更好的产品开发绩效和更快的生产率提高。因此,对集成创新的分析重点应该是技术的供给与需求之间的匹配,而不是创新的各个供给要素之间的匹配。
The discussions on integration innovation by many scholars are so far overwhelmingly focused on the 'integration' itself, namely the supply side of technology knowledge, but they have overlooked demand side. By analyzing the context of the original concept and a case study of a Chinese firm's experience, this essay argues that the key to integration innovation is not to integrate various supply factors, but to integrate technology resources by open products structure and enterprises interaction model based on supply. This will result in better products R&D performance and faster production efficiency. Therefore, the analysis focus of integration innovation is not to match among various supply factors, but to create the match between supply and demand of technology knowledge.
