摘要
Eu2+和Dy3+激活的铝酸盐是典型的长余辉发光材料,吸引了广大科研工作者进行研究,且已广泛用于人们的日常生活中。但是,这类长余辉发光材料在水溶液中极易水解,抗湿性差,严重制约了其应用,为此采用了在其表面包覆抗湿性能较好的无机膜来提高其耐水性,采用XRD、SEM等方法来表征其膜的存在,且对荧光粉包膜前后的发光性能及耐水性进行了详尽的研究。结果表明包膜并没有对荧光粉的发光性能有太大的影响,却使其耐水性有了较大的改善。
Stability of the luminescent and long phosphorescent properties of SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+) in water was researched. The phosphors are easy to hydrolysis,their luminescent character changes and emit blue green light. To improve the moisture resistance of SrAl_2O_4:Eu^(2+),Dy^(3+), phosphor was fired with ammonium difluoride at 700 ℃.The phosphor particles were coated with a moisture-impervious coating.The results showed that it improved the moisture resistance of phosphors and did not degrade the luminesence obviously.
