摘要
本文在对"集聚"和"产业集聚"进行科学的重新定义的基础上,提出了高新技术产业集聚的规范概念,进而分析了高新技术产业集聚的特点,最后提出了评价区域性高新技术产业集聚程度的指标体系,以填补这方面理论研究的空白。
Based on the scientific redefinition for the concept of cluster and industry cluster, this thesis analyses the traits of the high technology industry cluster and presents the index system for evaluating its development degree.
