DNA错配修复蛋白hMLH1在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌分化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解错配修复蛋白hMLH1在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与大肠癌分化的关系。方法:应用SP免疫组织化学法对65例大肠癌组织病理切片进行免疫组化分析。结果:大肠癌旁正常组织hMLH1的表达阳性率为80%,明显高于癌组织hMLH1的表达阳性率46.2%(P<0.01);高分化、中分化和低分化大肠癌组织中hMLH1的表达率分别为68.2%、44.1%和22.2%,高分化大肠癌与低分化大肠癌之间hMLH1的表达存在显著性差异(0.01<P<0.05),但高分化大肠癌与中分化大肠癌、中分化大肠癌与低分化大肠癌之间hMLH1的表达无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:hMLH1表达水平与大肠癌的发生及分化相关,大肠癌分化程度越低,hMLH1表达水平越低。 Objective:To investigate the expression of DNA mismatch repair protein hMLH1in colorectal cancer tissue and its relationship to the differentiation of colorectal cancer.Method:The expression of hMLH1in colorectal cancer tissues of65cases was analyzed by SP immunohistochemical method.Re -sults:The incidence(80%)of hMLH1expression was higher in the paricarcinoma normal tissue(46.2%)than in the carcinoma tissue(P<0.01).The incidences of hMLH1expression in high grade,median and low grade colorectal carcinoma were68.2%,44.1%,22.2%respectively.The incidence was significantly differ-ent between high grade and low grade colorectal carcinoma (P<0.05).No significant difference of the hMLH1expression incidence was found between high grade and median grade colorectal carcinoma and between medi-an grade and low grade colorectal carcinoma.Conclu sion:The expression of hMLH1is associated with the oc-currence and differentiation of colorectal cancer.The expression level of hMLH1is decreased when the differ-entiation of colorectal cancer is low grade.
