卡培他滨单药治疗12例老年晚期消化道肿瘤疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 卡培他滨(capecitabine)是一种新型口服抗代谢肿瘤化疗药物.其结构为氟尿嘧啶氨甲酸脂,进入体内后经三步活化转变成5-Fu.其特点是抗瘤谱广、导向性强和肿瘤内激活.自FDA批准卡培他滨用于治疗晚期结直肠癌和对蒽环类耐药的乳腺癌以来,目前已在美国和欧洲作为治疗晚期结直肠癌的一线化疗药物,而且还扩展到胃癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌和非小细胞肺癌等其他领域,并与多种药物联合应用取得了良好的效果.我科自2001年4月开始观察卡培他滨单药对12例老年晚期消化道肿瘤的疗效,现报告如下.
