摘要
分离机的关键零部件常常沿用经验设计和强度校核的方法,本文利用ANSYS软件的三维造型功能真实模拟筒体的实际结构,以及子模型模块对转鼓筒体进行三维有限元应力分析,得到比较合理的结果,为生产和优化设计提供技术基础。
The key parts of the disc separator are usually designed and checked by experience. In this article, we make use of the efficient modeling function of the ANSYS to simulate the actual structure of the drum and apply the submodel to analyze the 3-D stress of the drum. The results are reasonable. It can offer a technical basis for the production and the optimum design.
