摘要
目前,高校教师人力资源开发与管理存在教学科研行政化、绩效考评片面性等诸多问题。只有改革其管理模式,变革其运行机制,完善其评价体系,才能开发其潜能,激发其工作积极性和创造性。
There exist many problems in the development and management of human resource in colleges and universities such as the administrative tendency of teaching and scientific research, one-sidedness of assessing one's achievement. Only through reforming its management mode, innovating its oper-ating mechanism, perfecting ils evaluating system can we de-velop teachers' potentials and stimulate their working activen-ess and creativeness.
