摘要
给出了基于时、空两种统计方法的网络流速度转换关系及交通延误BPR型函数参数的标定方法,得到了BPR参数和交通特性参数之间的转换关系;由网络系统最优流的单调性结果及网络平衡流单调性条件,通过对网络费用和平衡流的性质分析,给出了一个Braess型“悖论”。
The relation between average speeds of vehicles observed by time and distance on traffic network is presented by invoking the property of a distribution variance. A parameterized validation approach for the BPR form volume delay function is applied to real situation. A kind of somewhat dual Braess' paradox for the relation of network travel costs and demand is demonstrated.
