摘要
在碱性条件下 ,用工业原料和水热法合成了不同硅铝比的Al MCM 4 1中孔分子筛 ,用X射线衍射分析研究了合成时间 ,晶化温度 ,n(Si) /n(Al)对MCM 4 1结构的影响 .结果表明 ,T =12 0℃ ,t=2 4h可以合成晶形较好的Al MCM 4 1.通过IR ,吡啶 -TPD和Al含量分析等手段说明了Al进入分子筛骨架 .
Under the alkaline condition,the syntheses of mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41 are accomplished in a hydrothermal system using industrial material. The technique of X-ray diffraction is used to identify the effects of the synthesis condition(crystralizing temperature,crystralizing time,n (Si)/ n (Al)) on the crystral structure of MCM-41. The results show that the suitable mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41 can be obtained in the condition of crystralizing temperature 120 ℃ and crystralizing time 24 h. The structure and properties of the material are investigated by using IR,pyridine-TPD and the analytical method of Al content . It is found that Al has incorporated into the framework of mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41.
