摘要
目的 评价双水平正压通气 (BIPAP)呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)伴 型呼吸衰竭的价值。方法 31例 COPD合并 型呼吸衰竭的患者经常规治疗无效 ,给予 BIPAP呼吸机通气治疗。结果 用 BIPAP呼吸机治疗可提高 Pa O2 ,减轻呼吸肌疲劳 ,使呼吸频率和心率减慢 ,呼吸困难减轻。结论 双水平气道正压通气是治疗 COPD伴
Objective In order to observe curative efffect of BiPAP Ventilator for COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure treatment. Methods Therapy 31 patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with restiratory failure were treated by BiPAP ventilation. Results The results showed thaat routine treatment combined with BiPAP respirometer could improve P aO 2, relieve respiratory muscle fatigue, reduce heart rate and respiratory frequency, assuage dyspnoea. Conclusions The BiPAP ventilation therapy is a good, nontraumatic method for treating COPD with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.
