氢氧化钙治疗乳牙根尖周炎的临床疗效观察

摘要 我们将氢氧化钙用于治疗乳牙根尖周炎,报道如下. 1.对象与方法:选取口腔科门诊就诊患儿89例,137颗牙.男43例,女46例,3.5～10岁.患牙中有瘘道53颗,诊断为急性根尖周炎57颗,慢性根尖周炎80颗,乳切牙36颗、乳尖牙9颗、乳磨牙92颗.对137颗患牙采取随机分为氢氧化钙封药组74颗,甲醛甲酚封药组63颗.变异干髓术治疗组38颗,氢氧化钙糊剂根管治疗组52颗,甲硝唑糊剂根管治疗组47颗.
