摘要
本文在透射电镜下观察了层片状双相组织的微观结构,通过EDS和电子能量损失谱研究了Cr、C元素在双相钢中的分布。
Microstructure and alloy elements partitioning of 0.18 C-0.95 Cr dual phase steel with lath martensite prior structure have been investigated. Observation showed that there were three kinds of martensite when intercritically quenched. 1. island martensite which formed on prior austenite grain boundaries,2.lath matteasite between lath ferrite, 3. polygon martensite on the ferrite matrix. Cr diffusion to austenite was favaored by relatively low intercritical heating rate. Cr content in martensite was higher than that in lamellar ferrite.
