摘要
目的 观察糖尿病健康教育在改善糖尿病患者糖代谢及提高生存质量中的作用。方法 将糖尿病患者119例随机分为2组,其中健康教育组(教育组)64例,在不改变降糖药物治疗的情况下接受1个月的糖尿病健康教育;对照组55例,不改变降糖药物,也不接受糖尿病健康教育。观察2组患者在健康教育前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及糖尿病知识评分、生存质量评分的变化。结果 教育组在接受1个月健康教育后FBG、2hPBG较前明显下降,分别从教育前的(11.5±2.8)、(13.1±3.3)mmol/L下降到(7.6±1.6)、(8.5±2.2)mmol/L,P值均<0.05,糖尿病知识评分及生存质量评分显著提高,分别从教育前的21.7±3.0和93.1±16.1提高到77.6±5.8和103.8±15.1,P值均<0.05。对照组在观察期间FBG、2hPBG、糖尿病知识评分及生存质量评分无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 糖尿病健康教育有改善糖尿病患者糖代谢及提高生存质量的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of diabetic health education ( DHE) on glucose metabolism and quality of life in diabetic patients. Methods Totally, 119 diabetic patients were randomly divided into two groups, 64 in experimental group receiving one-month DHE in addition to conventional drug therapy, and 55 in control group with only conventional therapy. Drug therapy for all patients was not changed during period of observation. Changes in fasting blood glucose ( FBG) , two-hour post-prandial blood glucose (2hPBG) , glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) , diabetic knowledge score and quality of life score were measured. Results Levels of FBG and 2hPBG in experimental group significantly decreased with one-month DHE, from (11. 5±2. 8) mmol/L before DHE to (7. 6 ± 1. 6) mmol/L after DHE, and (13. 1 ±3. 3) mmol/L to (8. 5 ±2. 2) mmol/L, respectively, P <0. 05. The diabetic knowledge score and quality of life score were markedly improved, from 21. 7 ± 3. 0 to 77. 6 ± 5. 8 and 93. 1 ± 16. 1 to 103. 8 ± 15. 1, respectively, P < 0. 05. And, there was no significant difference in levels of FBG and 2hPBG, diabetic knowledge score and quality of life score in control group before and after study ( P>0. 05 ). Conclusion Diabetic health education can improve glucose metabolism and enhance quality of life in diabetic patients.
