摘要
宽广眼界、与时俱进不仅是新的历史时期党员干部所必须具备的政治思想素质 ,也是以江泽民同志为核心的党中央在治党治国中表现出来的显著风格。同时 ,二者具有辨证统一的关系 ,宽广眼界是与时俱进的条件 ;与时俱进是宽广眼界的基础。我们要贯彻“三个代表”重要思想 ,使全党始终保持与时俱进的精神状态 ,不断开拓马克思主义理论发展的新境界 ,为全面建设小康社会 ,开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面而奋斗。
Broad vision and advancing with the times are not only the indispensable political characters of Party members and cadres but also the remarkable style characteristics of the CPC Central Committee in the management of the Party and the state.The two have the relationship of dialectical unity:broad vision is the condition of advancing with the times while advancing with the times is the base of broad vision.To carry out the important thought of Three Represents,the whole Party must maintain the spirit of keeping pace with the times,blaze new trails for the deˉvelopment of the Marxist theory,strive to build a well-off society in an all round way and create a newsituation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.
