摘要
目的 感染性贫血往往笼统地分在D64.9.在医疗技术发达的今天,其病因的发病机制往往是明确的,因此也应给予不同的编码。方法:对感染性贫血的不同类型结合临床表现根据ICD-10分类规则进行分类编码。结果 感染性贫血可分为三类二十几种不同类型及对应编码。结论 不同类型的感染性贫血应分开编码。
Objective ICD - 10 coding of infective anemia was D -64. 9 before. With the pathogeny and nosogenesis of infective anemia assured today, it should be given different codes according to different categories. Methods Infective anemia was classified by ICD - 10 coding, linking and associating with its different clinic symptoms. Results Infective anemia could be classified as 3 genus and more than 20 species, which had corresponding ICD - 10 codes. Conclusions Different categories of infective anemia should be classified by ICD - 10 coding.
