摘要
本文从信息时代发展的需要出发,阐述了创新图书馆管理的必要性和迫切性,探讨了新的历史条件下创新图书馆管理的内容和方法途径,提出要以人为本创新管理理念,以质为先创新管理机制,以文化馆创新管理文化等。
Based on the demand of Information Age dwelopment,this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of creative library management.This paper also deals with its contents and approaches in the new history background Finally, this paper puts forward the ideal with human as its or ientation ,the system with quality as its priority and the wltuire with library civiliged.
