摘要
在本文的第Ⅰ部份，涉及了临床试验的内涵、研究中的偏性、困难与临床试验设计的进展．第Ⅱ部份主要涉及分析中的一些重要问题，其中包括：５，生存质量的测定；６，病人的依从性； ７， Ｍｅｔａ分析．
In the preceding part of the paper, (1) the place occupied by clinical trials, (2) biases in clinical research, (3) ethical issues, and (4) the design of clinical trials have been outlined. This part focuses on analytical aspects incluoling (5) measuring the quality of life, (6) the problem of patient compliance, (7) meta-analysis. The ideas and methods discussed in this paper are referential to various researchers including social investigators.
