摘要
日本的终身雇佣制作为一种就业制度,在整个世界上都是独具特色的,它被认为是战后日本获得经济成功的“三件神器”之一。文章将通过分析日本人强调的集体主义、经济的双重结构以及结合当时的时代特点的基础上,阐明了日本独特的社会历史条件是其形成的深层次原因,要在短期内改变不是一件容易的事情,并且终身雇佣制为日本的企业,进而为日本社会都做出了一定的贡献。
Japan’s Lifelong Hire the manufacture is one kind of employment system.It is considered one of the“three magical instruments”which cause the postwar Japan obtained economic success.The disquisition will analyze the collec-tivism,the economical dual structure as well as in the union at that Japanese time characteristic.And then it expounds the Japanese unique society history condition is deep level reason which it forms.So it is not one easy to change the employment system in the short-term.The Lifelong Hire certain contributed the Japanese enterprise and society.
