非连续冷却对碳钢中蝶状马氏体形成的影响

摘要 研究了T8A、T10A钢过冷奥氏体在珠光体转变温度范围内等温,对随后淬火时蝶状马氏体形成的影响。实验结果表明,在珠光体转变温度范围内等温,有促进蝶状马氏体形成的作用,并随等温时间增长,蝶状马氏体形成量增加。电子探针测试结果表明,蝶状马氏体中的碳量较其周围非蝶状马氏体中的碳含量低。这一事实表明,过冷奥氏体在珠光体转变孕育期等温停留,奥氏体中发生了碳的偏聚。螺状马氏体的显微硬度测试结果符合上述论断。 In the paper, the influence of isothermal holding of the under cooled austenite of steels T8A and T10A at temperature range of pearlitic transformation on the formation of butterfly martensite during subsequent quenching was investigated by the automatic phase transformation analyzer and electron probe. It is shown from results of experiments that isothermal holding at temperature range of pearlitic transformation promotes the formation of butterfly marten site, and that the percentage of butterfly martensite in(?)reases with the duration of isothermal holding. It is shown from results of the electron probe measurement that carbon concentration in butterfly martensite is lower than that in the surrounding non-butterfly martensite。 This fact shows that carbo(?) aggregates in under-cooled austenite during isothermal holding in the incubation period of pearlitic transformation. Results of microhardness testing conformed to the above judgement。
