摘要
针对ZL104铝合金铸造工艺,由砂型浇铸改为钠变质处理和金属型低压浇铸的变化,对该合金沿用多年的535±5℃×3h固溶,175±5℃×9h时效工艺,进行了试验分析。结果表明,固溶后采用175±5℃×5h时效工艺,合金可获得最佳的综合机械性能.生产应用表明,采用该工艺可得到显著的经济效益。
According to the change of casting process of ZL104 alnminlum alloy, from sand casting to the modification with sodium and casting in metal mould, the original heat treating process of this alloy, i. e. 535±5°C×3h solution heat treating and 175±5°C ×9h aging, was analysed.The result shows that using 175±5°C×5h aging after solution treating, the alloy has optimum combined mechanical properties and based upon production practice, it will have remarkable economic benefit.
