摘要
本文研究了20CrMnTi钢碳氮共渗后冷却工艺对黑色组织、残余应力、齿根弯曲疲劳和齿面接触疲劳等性能的影响。结果表明,采用在160℃硝盐中冷却20min的工艺,得到的黑色组织最轻微,表层残余压应力最高,综合机械性能最好.
This paper deals with the influence of cooling process of 20CrMnTi steel after carbonitrided on the black structure, residual stress, bending fatigue and contact fatigue properties. Results show that the specimen cooled in nitrate bath at 160°C for 20 min is superior in minimizing black structure and increasing residual comprcssive stress In the surface layer and processes better combined properties.
