摘要
本文用实物探头及其冷却曲线,分析研究了钢丝在铅浴韧化处理中的冷却行为。实物探头价廉、制作容易、测试简便、能灵敏反映冷却过程的特征,并在同种钢丝上经机械性能测试及TEM电镜组织观察验证了其可靠性,试验表明实物探头和冷却曲线法可用于钢丝各种韧化处理过程的冷却行为测试。为取代铅浴韧化提供了一种新的研究方法,并可为钢丝生产中确定韧化规范提供参考依据。
The cooling behaviour for high carbon steel wire during lead patenting was investigated and analyzed with wire probe and the coeling curves measured. Wire prob(?) is cheaper and easy to fabricate, convenient for testing and responsive to the characteristic cooling process during patenting. Mechanical properties and TEM microstructure observation of the same steel wire verified the reliability of the probe. Experimental results showed that the wire probe and cooling curves measured can be employed for testing cooling behaviour of various kinds of patenting processes for high carbon steel wire, which not only offers a new research method for the substitution of lead patenting, but also provides data for determining patenting parameters in wire production.
