双河联合站污水热能的综合利用

摘要 通过对河南油田双河联合站污水的热能回收与利用经济效果分析,说明污水中中存的能源潜力巨大,具有较好的回收利用价值。余热回收项目需投资36.83万元,预计1.71年可将投资收回,同时可节省渣油715.5t/a,年回收热量约1022t标准煤,并可减少有害物质的排放量。 The economic analysis of the heat recovery from waste water and utilization in Shuanghe Gathering Station of Henan Oil Field shows that the waste water can provide a large amount of waste heat which can be recovered and utilized. The waste heat recovery project requires an investment of 368,300 yuan (RMB) which can be returned in 1.71 years. In addition, the 715 .5 tons of residue oil are saved each year and the heat equivalent to 1022 tons of standard coal is recovered. Furthermore, the toxic emission is reduced.
